If you know of an individual who may be interested in CFPL Support, please do get in touch.
If you know of someone who would like support on release through the Bridge Programme, please ask them to complete a CFPL Support Self-Referral form. You will need to complete the CFPL Support Referral form and send both forms to us. We will be in contact with Probation for risk assessment information.
CFPL Support Self-Referral form - this must be completed and signed by the individual who would like support on release.
CFPL Support Referral form - this must be completed and signed by the person or organisation referring.
