Hope into Action provides homes for the most vulnerable in society in partnership with local churches.

Shelter Housing Advice has a specific section providing advice for people in prison and ex-offenders.
Addiction Recovery
Phoenix Futures is a charity and housing association which helps people overcome drug and alcohol problems.
RAPt (Rehabilitation for Addicted Prisoners Trust) works to help people with drug and alcohol dependence, both in prison and in the community, overcome the grip of addiction and lead lives free from drugs and crime.
